After 50 years of rallying, Ford shows no signs of losing its passion for the sport. Castrol EDGE oils and lubricants are used in the team cars, and the team has achieved close second place positions in both the 2009 and 2010 World Rally Championships.

Ford’s involvement in rallying has seen them develop a succession of world-class rally cars; from the first appearance of the Ford Escort in the 1960s to the advanced Focus WRC in the early 2000’s presence. In 2011, Ford launched its latest rally car, the new Ford Fiesta RS WRC. Harnessing all the technology and experience of the Ford World Rally Team, the new car covered more than 11,000 kilometres of testing ahead of its WRC debut. Already this season it’s proved itself capable of taking on the world.
